Kirlian Photography
Kirlian photography is a detailed, complex and technical subject. It has been researched and written about from many different perspectives. You can understand corona
discharge imaging through the study of physics, psychology, biology medicine and acupuncture. There is a definite technical basis for the phenomena. It is truly to see the unique types of
energy patterns we see in electrical photographs.
The generic term for Kirlian photos is corona discharge imaging. It is commonly used to describe the use of electrical sparks to record images of living things that are in
contact with photographic film. All corona discharge apparatuses use high voltages of electricity to take pictures, but the amperage is minute. There is no danger involved.
The corona discharge images superficially
resemble our the energy field around living tissue currently known as the "aura." There has been a lot of discussion and interest about the relationship between living tissue and the
energy filed that surrounds it. Conventional science has yet to prove the existence of this type of energy but much can be gained through its study. Many researchers believe the observed
corona images are representative of complex skin physiology and geometry.

The most impressive pictures of people's finger tips are those that have a large corona. This shows good energetic balance. If there are no breaks and the coronas are round
and very symmetrical, this shows a very healthy person. An individual's energy changes during the day so it is a good idea to take pictures within the same hour that day or at the same
time the following day.
To make accurate
measurements of the images we must fully consider the known physiology and physics of the technique first before we conclude the coronas are caused by the interaction of living energy and
the electrical fields created by the Kirlian camera. This perspective will enhance our appreciation of this important technique for investigating life processes.
The Kirlian camera is a very useful instrument in showing people the body works electrically. You can demonstrate the beneficial effects of devices very objectively and
powerfully. Usually, you will see a change in the intensity of a person's energy in their Kirlian photograph before it is manifested on the physical levels.
